These Terms of Service govern use of the Shawn Chesney Home Inspections website and related first-party online tools operated by Shawn Chesney Home Inspections (SCHI). By using this website or an SCHI online feature, you agree to these terms.

Inspection services
Home inspection and related professional services are governed by the specific inspection agreement accepted for that service. These website terms do not replace or modify a signed inspection agreement.
