View reviews on Google MapsA great experience with Shawn. He was thorough and walked us through all the parts of the house we're purchasing, sharing beneficial knowledge as he went. I felt comfortable asking any questions and he took the time to explain the answer until I fully understood, so that I know how to take care of the house and down the road, if something happens, I'm prepared with information I'll need.
View reviews on Google MapsMy clients had a fantastic experience with Shawn while buying their first home. He was honest with his findings but didn't scare them. In the end, the first house they picked needed too much work (better to find out now!) but when he inspected their second home, they trusted his reporting and were more than happy to proceed with the purchase. I would rather have informed, confident, and happy clients rather than clients that have no idea what their house needs for renovations and being disappointed! Shawn even went so far as to meet a contractor on site after business hours, to make sure that my clients were represented to the fullest. I would recommend SCHI without hesitation!
